Auto Repair FAQs
How long will the repairs take?
Repair time varies depending on the extent of the damages done to the vehicle. Our team will give you an auto repair estimate at the time your vehicle arrives at the body shop.
Will the paint match my original color?
Yes. To match the paint to the vehicle’s original color, our collision repair technicians use a device called a spectrophotometer to identify the exact shade of the vehicle’s current color. The data they pull will then be paired with the vehicle’s VIN to find the formula of the actual finish.
Do you detail the vehicle when repairs are complete?
Yes, we will return your car with a freshly washed exterior and a vacuumed, clean interior.
What if I'm not happy with the repairs?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us here at Unique Collision. If you have concerns upon completion of your vehicle repairs, please contact the body shop at which your vehicle was serviced and we will be happy to help you.
What is an authorization form?
The authorization form allows Unique Collision to begin repairs on the vehicle. By filling out the form online beforehand, you give us permission to work on your vehicle before stepping foot into our body shop.
Who can sign the authorization form?
Anyone who is on your insurance policy can sign the authorization form.
Can I complete the authorization form online?

Do you know how much the repairs will cost?
The repair costs will vary depending on the extent of the damage done to your vehicle. Once the shop receives the vehicle, our team will give you a detailed estimate.
How much is my deductible?
Your deductible depends on your insurance policy. Your insurance provider or insurance agent will be able to give you further information about your deductible.
